  QUESTION: Hi, my name is Wonsahm Chung and I just joined track, im a junior in high school, when I'm running like a 600 or 800 i feel like stopping and quitting all the time and then I feel this strange feeling, its weird, then I stop and walk, what can I do to not stop
 
  QUESTION: Hey, I'm a 800 runner and a miler and i also run XC and i have just a couple questions. My first one is, i want to be able to run a 4:45 for the mile but i cant seem to pass 4:55, since i really don't have access to a track what road workouts would you reconmend? Also my second question, what foods should i be eating because this is something i have no idea on what to do, I'm only 108 lbs. so I'm pretty light. Thanks for your advice.

  QUESTION: Paul, my name is Jim Hayes I live in Johnston Ia, this is strange but you rode back with my wife and some friends to drop her off after the your last Drake relays. At that time I was suffering with plantar fascia. Since then that day I tore it during the Drake half marathon. When I am running I just dont know how to hold my arms and hands and I feel akward when I was in crossing country in school I always felt wierd like I was totally in the wrong format no one said anything but I never asked!   QUESTION: Paul,

Gary Dougherty here from the Chicago Marathon! We ran together in the middle until my SI Joint went about mile 19.5, managed to finish but was rather ugly!

Curious how it went for you? Was looking for you the in the results, but didn't find ya!

Anyway, great running and meeting you out there on the course. The old body didn't allow my race to go all that well, but it was sure an honor meeting one of the best milers ever!
