"Just " Josh McAdams

Recorded Sunday, June 24, 2007 ()

One of the memorable treasures that came out of this years USATF Championships was the unlikely victor in the Men's 3,000m Steeple Chase. Josh McAdams demolished a stacked field that included the American Record holder Dan Lincoln. This 5'9" 143 lb ball of excitement and muscle took a stand and a risk unlike any other over the weekend. I believe if he would have hit any of the barriers on the last lap he would have shattered them...nothing was going to stop him from getting to the finish line first. Congrats to your family and coach, especially your Dad who shed tears of joy and shouted "He Won! He Won!" only to affirm his disbelief.
